Is cleaning and filleting included in the fishing trip price?

Yes, complimentary fish cleaning and filleting are included with every trip at no extra charge. After we return to the dock, Captain Jeremy will clean and filet your catch so it is completely ready to cook or take to a local marina fish market.

What is included in a fishing charter with Got'em Fishing Charters in Panama City Beach?

Your charter includes the boat, fuel, a licensed USCG captain, all rods, reels, bait, tackle, and ice for your catch. We also provide all required Florida fishing licenses for everyone in your group. You only need to bring your own food, drinks, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

What is the best time of year to fish in Panama City Beach?

Panama City Beach offers excellent fishing year-round, but your targets will change with the season. Late spring through summer is prime time for Red Snapper and Amberjack in the Gulf. Fall brings incredible Grouper fishing and active King Mackerel, while the cooler winter months are perfect for targeting Redfish and Speckled Trout during our bay fishing trips.

Yes, you are welcome to keep any legal fish that are currently in-season. Captain Jeremy stays fully up-to-date on all Florida state and federal fishing regulations, bag limits, and seasonal openings to ensure your catch is completely compliant.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of our scheduled charter?

Safety is our absolute top priority. If Captain Jeremy determines that the weather or Gulf conditions make it unsafe to head outside, we will first attempt to adjust your trip to a sheltered bay fishing charter, or we will work with you to reschedule the trip for another open date.
